Use low to medium heat to best maintain ceramic coating, which also holds heat more efficiently than traditional pans.
You only need a dash of oil or butter to effortlessly glide food on our proprietary ceramic coating. Avoid aerosol spray oils.
Clean easily with soap and water once the pan is cooled, and avoid dishwashers.

Love this little pot!
Perfect for cooking the smaller recipes for our household of 2. I love how easily this pot and ALLL my Caraway cookware cleans and is soooo easy to use. The only criticism I have for this 2 quart pot is that the handle does get too hot to handle. Just have to grab a potholder, which is always close at hand.
