As always with my Caraway, turn the heat down. If something needs to be baked at 350, I bake at 325 for the same number of minutes. Typically works perfectly!

Caraway Baking pans is a great choice They are nonstick even for the most delicate cakes, safe, (no teflon peeling off) and really pretty (I got the blue!). They have become everyones favorite cake pans to use. A little on the pricey side so we are replacing and adding caraway into our kitchen a little at a time.
