I love the way it cooks so evenly, amazingly easy to clean and knowing the pan is not toxic is the best!! The directions for using and cleaning the pan is easy to read and essential to keeping it working well. It took a little getting used to, but now it has become as automatic as using other cookware. The price is high, so I would suggest buying a piece or two before investing in a set to be sure you like it. The quality is excellent.
