This is a great pan . We cooked eggs and pancakes in the pan the fist time we used it. Cooked both beautifully, the eggs were very good with very little oil and the yoke didn’t break cause the eggs didn’t stick to the surface. Pancakes cooked perfectly and were plump and not any hot spots . Love the cookware and will probably order more later. Wife love the Sage color of the pan .Tganks for making fantastic cookware.
